As part of the AIMES Service Improvement Program we are informing you of the next scheduled maintenance windows.

Server / Application / Environment / Database affected: A-Cloud, Colo Clients & TRE

Change Start date/Time: 21st October 2021 21:00 - Change End date/Time: 22nd October 2021 01:00

Description: As part of the service improvement program, we are scheduling a maintenance window to upgrade the RAM memory in our edge routers. With this upgrade we are future proofing these devices and guaranteeing enough resources for storing , updating and growing the routing table if necessary. This will provide AIMES and our customers scalability for growth.

Risk: As with any change involving routing configurations, there is always an element of risk associated with this maintenance work and although the risk being very low, customers may see a performance downgrade during the scheduled window. As part of standard AIMES processes the full implementation plan and configuration has been through the approval process and configuration has been checked within the network team.

Impact: Performance on Production Services.
