Services affected: Server / Application / Environment / Database

Risk: Although the change is being completed on the A-Cloud interface on the standby Interzone firewall there is a small risk that there may be an intermittent short outage on the network which may cause a drop in connection for any client connected via. the standby firewall, of which there should be none. The mitigation for this risk if realised is that the traffic should there be any using the standby firewall will be automatically transferred over to the primary firewall whilst the work is completed.

Impact: As the change being completed affects the A-Cloud interface on the standby Interzone firewall, the impact if any will be only to the A-Cloud customers using that interface on the standby firewall for a gateway to the network, of which there should be none, as all traffic should be using the active firewall. The impact if any would be an intermittent drop of connection whilst the traffic is transferred to the active firewall. As its the standby firewall there should be no traffic using the device as a gateway to the rest of the network.
