Due to essential maintenance works we need to apply an update that requires us to take the TRE environment offline, this means services will be unavailable during the maintenance window. These works are scheduled for Saturday 24th September with the maintenance window being from 10am until 6pm, we do apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.

There will be no access to the TRE during these 8 hours. Although we don't envisage any issues with the update, in case of any issues we have put plans in place to recover the entire stack from scratch, and in this instance therefore the downtime may be longer.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these essential works.
