Scheduled - Following an outage on the TRE platform on Thursday 28th July, we have been advised by the platform vendor to apply an important firmware update to the underlying hardware stack. The update requires that the TRE platform is offline, so services will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

These works are scheduled for Saturday 13th August, with the maintenance window being from 10:00 until 16:00. There will be no access to the TRE during these 6 hours.

Although we don't envisage any issues with the upgrade, in case of any issues we have put plans in place to recover the entire stack from scratch, and in this instance therefore the downtime may be longer.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these essential works.

Scheduled - Description: Theses works were originally booked in for Thursday 28th July, however, due to a P1 issue on another environment, we made a decision not to implement this change. Therefore this change will be completed on Tuesday 9th August 2022.

We need to apply new configuration to our internet router and this will require a reboot of the device following the updated configuration.

Impact: Customers should expect disruption to internet services during this scheduled maintenance window.
